Our programs are designed to meet members where they are, providing the support, skills, and connections they need to stabilize their lives and move forward. All programs are free to members and take place in a safe, drug- and alcohol-free environment.

Membership is free, always. There are no fees, no requirements beyond your commitment to recovery and community.
Recovery Circles are the heartbeat of Recovery Café DC. Facilitated by people who understand what recovery really means, these small, consistent support groups practice what we call Loving Accountability, holding members gently and firmly to their best selves.

The Headwaters Program, in partnership with the Maya Angelou Schools, is RCDC’s mentoring initiative for young adults, co-led by a licensed counselor and a community leader with lived experience. Headwaters provides the guidance and Loving Accountability young people need to realize their unique potential, targeting at-risk young men with intentional love, care, belonging, and structure.
